Exo PDRN in Tbilisi: exosomes + PDRN for skin regeneration — what it is and who it's for

Exoluma Exo PDRN combines exosomes and PDRN: deep hydration, glow and skin repair. What it is, who it suits and what it costs at SANLE in Tbilisi.

Exoluma Exo PDRN — exosomes and PDRN for skin regeneration at SANLE, Tbilisi

When skin looks tired, dry and dull, a cream often isn't enough: the problem sits deeper than the surface. That's why two words come up more than any others in cosmetology right now — PDRN and exosomes. Exoluma Exo PDRN brings both together. We already use it at SANLE, and it has quickly become one of our guests' favourite treatments. Here is, in plain words, what it is, who it's for and what Exo PDRN in Tbilisi costs.

What is PDRN?

PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is made from fragments of salmon DNA. In cosmetology it is used for skin repair and regeneration: it supports cell renewal, strengthens the skin barrier and encourages your own collagen production. That's why PDRN works well on tired, dehydrated skin and on post-acne marks.

What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny particles released by cells that carry "signals" to other cells — telling them to repair and renew. Put simply, they remind the skin how it worked when it was younger. Exosome treatments became especially popular in Korea and Europe because the skin looks healthier and natural — no extra volume, no "mask" effect.

Why Exoluma Exo PDRN — two in one

The key advantage of Exo PDRN is the combination: PDRN repairs the skin, and exosomes speed that repair up. In one treatment you get:

  • intense hydration — skin feels soft and smooth;
  • better texture and tone — a more even colour, less visible pores;
  • regeneration and collagen stimulation — firmer, more elastic skin;
  • a stronger barrier — less irritation and dryness;
  • a natural glow — the "well-rested face" look, without a filter.

The product is made by the French laboratory Genèse Labs.

Why we chose it at SANLE

Cosmetology treatments at SANLE are done by our cosmetologist Tako, and we use Exo PDRN because we've seen the results ourselves: the skin looks more hydrated and radiant after the very first session, and after a course the texture and tone improve visibly. Guests often ask to book it again — the best review we could get.

Who is Exo PDRN for?

  • anyone whose skin is tired, dull or dehydrated (especially in autumn and winter, when central heating dries it out);
  • anyone bothered by post-acne marks, uneven tone or enlarged pores;
  • anyone noticing the first signs of ageing — fine lines, loss of firmness;
  • anyone who needs skin recovery after another treatment (peel, laser);
  • anyone who simply wants healthy, glowing skin before a big day.

To find out your skin type, read our skin types article.

How the treatment works

  1. Consultation — Tako assesses your skin and tells you how many sessions you'll need.
  2. Cleansing and preparing the skin.
  3. Applying Exo PDRN — the cosmetologist chooses the method for your skin.
  4. Soothing aftercare and home-care advice.

For the best result Exo PDRN is usually done as a course — several sessions a few weeks apart. The cosmetologist will plan it around your skin.

Aftercare

  • light redness may last a few hours — that's normal;
  • skip make-up on the first day and avoid touching your face;
  • avoid sauna, bathhouse and solarium for a few days;
  • use sunscreen every day.

The treatment isn't done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with active inflammation or herpes. Tell the cosmetologist about any condition or medication beforehand.

Exo PDRN, biorevitalization or polynucleotides?

  • Biorevitalization (250–450₾) mainly hydrates the skin with hyaluronic acid.
  • Polynucleotides (200–350₾) restore tired, thin skin.
  • Exo PDRN combines repair and hydration, and the exosomes speed the process up.

We'll tell you which one you need at the consultation. All cosmetology treatments and prices are in our cosmetology article and on the cosmetology page.

What's the difference between PDRN and Exo PDRN?

Regular PDRN repairs the skin; Exo PDRN adds exosomes, which speed up the repair and boost hydration and glow.

It depends on your skin. It's usually done as a course — several sessions a few weeks apart. The cosmetologist will give you the exact number at the consultation.

Hydration and glow often show after the first session; texture and tone improve over the course.

Does it hurt?

Most people feel only mild discomfort. If needed, the cosmetologist uses a numbing cream.
