Who will do your massage

Two specialists do massage at SANLE:

• Tiniko — every day;
• Irma — Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

So you can come for a massage on any day. If you choose a specific specialist when booking online, the form only shows the days she works.

Massage for two at the same time

On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday both massage therapists work, so two people can have a massage at the same time — friends, a couple, or a mother and daughter. When booking online, add a second procedure and choose "At the same time (another specialist)" — the system checks that both specialists are free.

After your massage you can fit another treatment into the same visit — a manicure or a brow tidy, for example. Just add a procedure in the booking form and choose "After the previous one".

How to book

2. Choose a specialist, or leave "Any available" — then the first free massage therapist will see you.
3. Choose the day and time. Times that are already booked are marked "taken" and can't be selected.
4. We'll call you to confirm the visit.

Tips before your visit

• Don't eat a heavy meal 1–2 hours before the massage;
• arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can get ready without rushing;
• tell the specialist in advance about any injury, pregnancy or health problem;
• during the session, always say if the pressure is too strong or too light;
• drink water afterwards and skip intense training that day.
